This was our first time booking a room at this hotel due to our third visit to the excellent Signature Restaurant located in this hotel (and highly recommended by the way). The welcome was very kind and they were very attendiv. At the reception I only mentioned that we were here for the “signature” and our anniversary. In the early afternoon, room service brought a lovely piece of cake to our room in honor of our anniversary, along with a voucher for the brakfast the next day. A small gesture, but one we really appreciated. The room itself was very clean an well furnished and decorated. The hotel is in a good location close to Sukhumvit but without the stress that comes with it The drinks at the bar were very balanced and tasty and so was the breakfast the next morning. To summarize: The hotel is good, but this standard is often found in a city like Bangkok. It's not the building that makes it great, it's solely the staff that makes visitors happy or not Congratulations to the management!

Best cocktails and luxury feeling atmosphere. The hotel was not busy when I stayed there but got to hand it to the professional staff made me and my partner really happy. Staff at the reception down to the concierge was amazing also the restaurant staff aswell. Highly recommend

I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who swiftly checked me in while offering a refreshing drink and just what I needed after my long journey. The lobby area was clean and posh. Room was big and spacious. Will return. Very soon in the near future

I had an absolutely amazing time at VIE Hotel in Bangkok. The location of the hotel is great. The suite was spacious, cozy and clean. The breakfast buffet was so delicious with a variety of options. The staff were hospitable and friendly especially Guest Experience Manager Ms. Nunnapas Kaewbor, she always ready to help. I definitely recommend this hotel for guests to relax and enjoy.

Excellent Service and Location

Checking in and out was a breeze. Room may be a little dated but it was certainly clean. Breakfast variety was great too. Bathroom water pressure was a little weak and water temperature could gets erratic, especially during peak hours i.e 9am. Otherwise, the overall experience was great.

Opposite BTS Ratchatewi and a few minutes walking distance from MBK and Siam Paragon shopping mall, our variety of international breakfast options got a lot mentions on this site.
